If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. Should your jewelry or its packaging arrive damaged, please notify us promptly at contact@ishimaury.com.
BESPOKE ORDERS
Each bespoke piece is individually created and requires additional time to complete. Please allow up to five weeks for production before shipment. Timelines may vary depending on the design and availability of materials and will be confirmed when your order is placed.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer complimentary standard shipping throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
